Screw distribution block, designed for efficient and safe power distribution in electrical installations. Designed for mounting on a standard DIN rail or mounting plate, it offers versatile applications in both new and modernized installations. The 4-pole design allows for circuit division, and up to 60 connection points provide great freedom in connecting wires.

Design and parameters for professionals

This block is characterized by high mechanical and electrical strength. Rated operating current at 125A and the ability to withstand short-circuit currents (Ipk/60ms = 18kA, Ipk/6ms = 28kA, Icw = 4.2kA) guarantee safe operation even in demanding conditions. Made of high-quality materials, it meets IEC/EN 60947-7-1 and IEC/EN 61439-1 & 2 standards, which confirms its compliance with applicable safety standards. The rated insulation voltage Ui is 500V AC, and the impulse voltage Uimp is as high as 8kV – this is a solid protection against overvoltage. Wire cross-section up to 35 mm² allows connection of a wide range of cables.

Easy installation and versatility of application

The distribution block is easy to install and configure. The possibility of installation on a DIN rail or mounting plate increases flexibility during installation. Terminals with diameters of 9mm, 8.5mm and 6.5mm allow connection of various types of wires. The width of the block, amounting to 20 modules (9mm), allows for optimal use of space in the switchgear cabinet. Designed for operation in temperatures from -25°C to +55°C – it will work in various environmental conditions. Lack of a sealing cover minimizes costs and simplifies the installation process where additional protection against interference is not required.
