Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, the switch is characterized by resistance to mechanical damage and UV radiation. Flush-mounted installation is quick and easy thanks to solid claws with a self-return function, ensuring a perfect fit into the installation box. Screwless terminals simplify the connection of wires, eliminating the risk of loosening connections. The minimum depth of the mounting box is 40 mm, ensuring compatibility with most standard installations.

Functionality and safety – protection and ease of use

The staircase switch with a rated current of 10 A and a voltage of 250 V is designed to control staircase lighting or other electrical circuits. It has a protection degree of IP20, which provides protection against accidental contact and the ingress of solid objects. The halogen-free material increases safety, minimizing the risk of releasing toxic substances in the event of a fire. Characteristic C allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates starting devices with a motor well. It protects the circuit against overload and short circuit — like most circuit breakers in this class.
