The Acti9 iEM3265 energy meter is an advanced device designed for precise measurement of electricity consumption in three-phase installations. DIN rail mounted, with an LCD display, it offers comprehensive monitoring of network parameters, including active and reactive power, voltage and current. Thanks to its compliance with the MID directive, it ensures the reliability of measurements, which is crucial in billing applications.

This model stands out with its BACnet communication interface, enabling integration with building automation systems (BMS) and remote data reading. Status indication using LEDs (green, yellow flashing, overload alarm and communication) facilitates diagnostics and quick identification of potential problems. The meter supports configurations with 5A current transformers, allowing it to be adapted to different load ranges.

Application and functionality

The iEM3265 meter finds application in both commercial and industrial installations. It is ideal for monitoring energy consumption in public buildings, production plants and energy management systems. Tariff configuration options (external/internal) allow for optimization of energy costs by billing consumption in different time zones. It provides measurements of four quadrants of energy, enabling analysis of power flow in both directions – both consumption and energy delivery to the grid (e.g. from photovoltaic installations).

Constructional features and parameters

The device is characterized by a solid construction and high measurement accuracy (accuracy class 0.5S according to IEC 62053-22 and C according to EN 50470-3). The meter width is 5 modules (90 mm), which facilitates mounting in standard distribution boards. It is designed to operate in networks with a voltage of 100-277V (phase-neutral) or 173-480V (phase-phase) and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The electrical pulse output allows for recording energy consumption by external systems. The IP20 protection degree provides protection against accidental contact. Additionally, it has a programmable digital input/output increasing its functionality.
