Flush-mounted modular enclosure – reliability and installation flexibility

The PrismaSeT XS enclosure is a solution dedicated to both professionals and end-users looking for a reliable and aesthetic enclosure for modular switchboards. Designed for flush mounting, it is ideal for residential and commercial installations where a discreet appearance and easy access to controls are important. Made of high-quality plastic and metal, it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Construction and functionality

This four-row enclosure offers space for up to 24 modules in each row, allowing for flexible placement of essential protective and control devices. The use of DIN rails facilitates the mounting of equipment, and the possibility of system expansion provides flexibility in adapting the installation to changing needs. Thanks to removable cable entry plates, cables can be introduced from both the top and bottom of the enclosure, which greatly simplifies installation work. Additionally, it is equipped with grounding (48 outputs) and neutral (70 outputs) terminal blocks, ensuring safe and efficient electrical connections.

Safety and compliance with standards

The PrismaSeT XS enclosure meets the requirements of IEC 60670-1 and 24 and IEC 61439-1 and 3 standards, guaranteeing safety of use. The IP40 degree of protection prevents access to hazardous live parts inside the enclosure and protects against the influence of solid objects larger than 1mm. Impact resistance IK09 provides additional protection against mechanical damage. Insulation class II increases safety of use. Made of materials with high temperature resistance (750°C for the enclosure and front cover, 850°C for the rear part) minimizes the risk of fire. External dimensions are 648 x 810 x 129 mm, and the installation depth is 86 mm.
