Flush-mounted distribution box – reliability and functionality

This PrismaSeT XS enclosure is a solid solution for building electrical distribution boards, designed for both residential and commercial installations. Made of high-quality plastic and metal, it provides durability and safety. The flush-mounting design allows for aesthetic installation, minimizing the visibility of wiring.

The enclosure is designed to mount 5 rows of modular devices, with up to 24 modules in each row. This provides great flexibility in configuring the distribution board and allows it to be adapted to individual needs. This allows installers to easily organize space and provide optimal working conditions.

Construction and user features

The PrismaSeT XS enclosure is characterized by a well-thought-out design that facilitates assembly and maintenance. Removable top and bottom plates allow for convenient cable or conduit entry, and removable DIN rails make wiring and subsequent modifications easier. Inside there is an earthing terminal block (62 outputs) and a neutral terminal block (84 outputs), which greatly simplifies the connection of wires. Additionally, the enclosure has 5 label holders with covers and 2 blanking plates, allowing for clear circuit labeling and protection of unused spaces.

The enclosure has protection class II and a rated insulation voltage Ui of 400V. The surge category is II, and the rated current ln can reach up to 125A. Made of materials with high flame resistance (750°C for the enclosure/front cover, 850°C for the rear part) and has an IK09 protection rating (with the door closed), which provides additional safety. The color of the enclosure is white (RAL 9003). The external dimensions are 648 mm (width) x 960 mm (height) x 129 mm (depth), and the installation depth is 86mm with an installation height of 930mm and an installation width of 618mm.
