This 19" wall-mounted cabinet with a capacity of 18U is a practical solution for organizing and securing equipment in teleinformatics systems, computer networks, and security systems. Construction and functionality

The cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel (SPCC) and powder-coated in gray (RAL 9005), which guarantees corrosion resistance and an aesthetic appearance. It has a pair of front doors with a lock, providing security for stored devices. Adjustable mounting rails with U unit pitch facilitate precise equipment placement. Perforation of the structural elements ensures natural air circulation, aiding in cooling the devices. Additionally, the cabinet has grounding cables to increase installation safety. Access to the interior is possible from all sides, which facilitates servicing and system expansion.

Application and advantages

The CCSW-0604-18U cabinet is ideal for local distribution points with low cabling density and in small and medium-sized teleinformatics systems. Its compact dimensions (600x450x905 mm) allow for installation in limited space. A maximum load of up to 60 kg allows for the installation of various equipment. Thanks to dedicated brushed cable glands in the roof and floor, cables can be easily introduced without losing tightness. The cabinet is supplied with a blanking panel and a mounting bracket, which simplifies the installation process – only the bracket is leveled, eliminating the need to hold the entire cabinet during installation. The design of the roof and floor mounting allows eliminating screws protruding from the outside of the cabinet.
