19” 1U Fiber Optic Panel – Efficient Cable Management

This 19” panel with a height of 1U is a robust solution for organizing and protecting fiber optic cabling. Designed for mounting in rack cabinets, it offers space for 24 SC simplex adapters, and its construction allows for easy access and modification. Made of metal, it ensures durability and reliability in demanding environments.

Construction and Functionality

The panel has been designed with convenience of installation and subsequent operation in mind. Four openings on the back – two for PG 13.5 cable glands and two universal ones – facilitate cable entry. An additional break-away structural element allows for flexible cable routing, both linear and distribution type FANOUT. The set includes a SC-FL-01 cassette, enabling the installation of up to 24 splices.

• Safety: Large clips lock the front panel, preventing accidental sliding, which is especially important when working in rack cabinets.
• Organization: Embossed holes and holders allow for orderly fiber routing using standard cable ties, making identification and maintenance easier.
• Accessibility: The panel design allows the insert to be fully extended, providing comfortable access to the interior during adapter installation and cable management. Adapter mounting is done from inside the panel using mounting screws from the outside.
• Identification: Each port under the adapters is numbered, making it easier to identify individual fibers.

Application and Compatibility

The panel is compatible with various types of fiber optic cables, both central tube and multi-tube. It can be used in telecommunication networks, data centers and other installations requiring reliable and organized fiber optic cable management.
