The STB 95-2 SIMBLOCK rail-mounted screw terminal is an element used for safe and efficient connection of aluminum (Al) and copper (Cu) wires in electrical installations. Its design allows mounting on both TS 35 rail and mounting plate, increasing installation flexibility.

Versatility and parameters tailored to needs

The STB 95-2 is characterized by a wide range of permissible wire cross-sections. It supports stranded wires with a cross-section from 16 mm² to 95 mm² and crimped cables in the range of 10 mm² to 70 mm². Additionally, it has a dedicated measuring connection, accepting stranded wires from 1.5 mm² to 10 mm² and crimped cables from 1.5 mm² to 6 mm². The rated voltage is 1000 V AC/DC, and the rated current for copper wires is 232 A, and for aluminum wires – 200 A. This specification makes the terminal ideal for both energy-intensive installations and applications requiring precise measurements.

User comfort and additional functions

The STB 95-2 terminal has been designed with installers in mind. It has additional space for a measuring connection, making it easier to connect measuring devices without the need for additional adapters. A dedicated dust cover OSTB 95 (available separately) provides protection against dirt and allows easy access to the measuring connection during inspection or maintenance. Compliance with IEC 60947-7-1 standard guarantees safety and reliability of operation.
