Drywall boxes – solid mounting in hollow walls

The Multibox box for hollow walls is a reliable element of electrical installation in buildings with plasterboard, OSB or MDF. Designed with the convenience of both installers and users in mind, it provides safe and durable mounting of electrical accessories. The shallow model (depth 60mm) is particularly useful when space behind the wall is limited.

Construction and mounting

The box is made of high-quality, self-extinguishing PA6 plastic, which ensures safety and resistance to high temperatures (up to 960°C). In addition, the material is halogen-free – this is important for health and the environment. The bottom of the box has four knockouts with a diameter of 20 mm and two with a diameter of 25 mm, making it easy to introduce cables. Additional four holes with a maximum diameter of 20 mm can be drilled in the side walls, increasing the flexibility of the installation. Mounting is facilitated by two drywall clips and four fixing screws with a spacing of 60 mm. A partition inside the box allows for securing cables and separating circuits.
