Fire junction box for fire alarm systems
Installation box from the PIP series, designed for use in fire protection and fire-resistant systems. It ensures the continuity of the signaling line even in the event of a detector failure – thanks to this, devices located outside the fire zone remain fully functional. This is particularly important in public buildings, where the reliability of safety systems is crucial.
The box is characterized by high fire resistance E90, which means it maintains its protective properties for 90 minutes in fire conditions. The through design allows for convenient routing of cables with a cross-section of 3x3x6 mm², both straight and at an angle. Made of steel sheet coated with red powder paint – ensures durability and aesthetic appearance.
- Signaling line protection: It has separate terminals for the input and output of the signal line and a dedicated output with a fuse for connecting a detector or other device. A one-time blow fuse protects the circuit against short circuits and overloads.
- Fire resistance: Class E90 guarantees the integrity and functionality of the box during a fire for 90 minutes.
