1. Multifunctional meter for electrical installation parameters Sonel MPI-536

The Sonel MPI-536 multifunctional meter for electrical installation parameters is designed for testing domestic and industrial electrical installations. The device can be used to perform measurements, the results of which determine the safety status of the installation. It enables the measurement of protection parameters against electric shock using a single universal device.

In terms of insulation resistance testing, the Sonel MPI-536 offers a wide range of capabilities – its maximum measurement voltage is as high as 2500 V. Insulation diagnostics are supported by R(t)/U(t), R(t)/I(t), U(t)/I(t), I(U) graphs, available both before and during the measurement. In addition, the device calculates absorption and temperature coefficients. Furthermore, the Sonel MPI-536 enables automatic measurement of the insulation resistance of 3-, 4- or 5-core cables using the optional AutoISO-2500 adapter.

Significant automation of measurements is enabled by the function for testing residual current circuit breakers in Auto mode, as well as pre-programmed measurement sequences (so-called auto-tests) by the manufacturer, which can also be expanded with custom sequences. 2.
