Construction features and specifications

The silicone has been developed with durability and reliability in mind. Its composition provides resistance to temperature in the range of -60°C to +120°C and long-lasting elasticity. The skin formation time is approximately 6-8 minutes (at 23°C/50% RH), which facilitates precise application and smoothing of the joint. The product density is in the range of 1.01 - 1.21 g/cm³. The product meets LEED requirements for low-emission materials and has certificates confirming its quality and safety of use.

Remember to properly prepare the substrate before application – it should be clean, dry and degreased. For porous substrates, it is recommended to use Soudal Primer 150 for better adhesion. After application, smooth the joint with Joint Finish or soap solution before skin formation for an aesthetic final effect.
