Construction and application

The SP22-PL.Z-10-LED.UNI\AC/DC switch is designed for frequent circuit switching, offering high mechanical durability – as many as 300,000 switching cycles. The continuous rated current at 10 A and the switching currents in AC-15 and DC-13 categories (2.5 A at 230 V and 4 A at 24 V, respectively) allow it to be used in a wide range of devices. The LED backlighting not only makes it easier to locate in low light conditions, but also consumes minimal energy – the lamp power is only 1 W. The IP65 protection degree guarantees resistance to dust and moisture, allowing installation in harsh environmental conditions.

Safety and compliance with standards

The switch design takes into account the safety of use – it has short-circuit protection of the switch tracks (10 A fuse or predicted short-circuit current of 1 kA). It meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-5-1, IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-1 standards, which confirms its high quality and reliability. Resistance to vibrations, shocks and cyclic changes in temperature and humidity make it a product ready to work in demanding industrial conditions. The cross-section of the connection wires is adapted to solid wires (1...2.5 mm²) and stranded wires (0.75...1.5 mm²).
