Construction and application

The cam switch SK16-2.8380 is mounted on a front busbar and is characterized by a gray housing and a black knob. It is a 1-0-2 isolator, which means it allows you to choose between two circuits or disconnect them. Thanks to the segmented structure with double cams, it is possible to create individual connection programs by appropriately setting the drive knob. The angle of rotation of the knob can be 30°, 45° or 90°, allowing for precise adaptation to the requirements of a specific installation. The device is designed to operate in enclosed spaces with a contamination degree of 3 (industrial use) in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C.
