This robust, backlit button with a diameter of 22 mm is a solid solution for applications in industry, machinery and equipment. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh conditions. The blue color of the button and the nickel-plated ring give it an aesthetic look, and the LED backlight makes it easier to identify in low light conditions.

The button is designed for mounting in holes with dimensions of 22 mm x 22 mm and is characterized by a high degree of protection IP65 – it is dustproof and water resistant. It uses a screw connection, which ensures a secure and durable electrical connection. The self-resetting design means that after pressing the button, it automatically returns to its original position.

Operating parameters and safety

The button has been designed with safety and reliability in mind. The continuous rated current is 10 A, and the rated switching current in category AC-15 is 2.5 A (at 230 V) and 1.6 A (at 400/500 V). In category DC-13, the rated switching current is 4 A (at 24 V), 1 A (at 110 V) and 0.25 A (at 220 V). Short-circuit protection of the switching elements is 10 A (using a fast-acting fuse insert).

The device meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-1 standards, which guarantees its compliance with applicable safety standards. Additionally, it exhibits resistance to vibrations and mechanical shocks, as well as cyclic changes in temperature and humidity. The mechanical durability reaches up to 3 million switching cycles, and the switching durability is up to 0.2 million cycles at rated parameters. It is adapted to work in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C and accepts wires with a cross-section from 1 mm² to 2.5 mm² (solid) or from 0.75 mm² to 1.5 mm² (stranded). Versions with a lamp for AC/DC voltage are available – LED UNI (24-230V AC / 24-110V DC) with a power of up to 1.6W.
