Safety button – reliable shutdown in critical situations

This red safety button, with a 22 mm mounting hole diameter, is a key element ensuring safety in machines and devices. The mushroom-shaped design and clear color facilitate quick identification and immediate shutdown in emergency situations. Designed for mounting in 22x22 mm holes, it is ideal for both new installations and modernized control systems. Solid construction and high resistance

The button features a high degree of protection IP65, guaranteeing resistance to dust and water ingress. The housing made of plastic and the front ring made of the same material provide mechanical durability and corrosion resistance. Screw connection ensures a secure and stable electrical connection. Additionally, non-latching (without self-reset) means that after being pressed, the button remains in the off position until manually reset – important for ensuring safety after intervention.

Specification for professionals

The button has two normally open (NO) and two normally closed (NC) contacts, allowing its use in various control applications. Suitable for operation with a rated insulation voltage Ui 500V and rated continuous currents up to 10A (Iu=Ith), it meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-1/5/7-1. Short-circuit protection of the connecting paths requires the use of a 10A fuse (fast-blow fuse insert). Mechanical durability is 300,000 switching cycles, and switching durability – 200,000 at rated parameters. Resistance to vibration and shock confirmed by tests according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
