Internal fire hydrant – reliable fire protection

This suspended internal fire hydrant DN25 is a comprehensive fire protection solution for buildings. Equipped with a 20-meter, semi-rigid hose and a padlock, it provides quick and effective access to a water source in the event of a threat. The hydrant's construction is based on a solid brass valve manufactured by Supron 3, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The lack of clamping straps and the use of only threaded connections facilitate installation and maintenance.

Construction and application

The hydrant is designed for internal installations, both in a suspended (Z) and recessed (W) version. The versatility of the design allows connection to a supply installation with a diameter of 1” or 2”, offering six different connection possibilities – from the side, from the back or from the top. This allows the hydrant to be adapted to the specifics of a particular object. The operating pressure is in the range of 0.2 to 1.2 MPa, which ensures optimal performance in typical installation conditions. The set includes a hydrant nozzle PWh-25 compliant with PN-EN-671-1 and a 180° pivoting hose reel with a water axis and a winding force regulator.

Information on flow rates at different pressures: at a pressure of 0.2 MPa, the dispersed stream is about 61 l/min, and the solid stream about 60 l/min; at a pressure of 0.4 MPa, the dispersed stream is about 86 l/min, and the solid stream about 85 l/min; and at a pressure of 0.6 MPa, the dispersed stream reaches about 104 l/min, and the solid stream about 103 l/min.
