Safety valve 2115 G 3/4 inch 6 bar brass 2115.20.200
Protects the installation from overpressure in closed water systems
Safety valve 2115.20.200 operates with a diaphragm and opens automatically when the system pressure exceeds 6 bar. It is intended mainly to protect closed domestic water heaters — where heating causes liquid expansion and pressure rise. It prevents dangerous over‑filling, eliminating the risk of damage to the tank or piping.
Operates in reliability‑critical conditions
Made of high‑purity brass (DZR — dezincification‑resistant), it has corrosion resistance and long‑term stability in drinking water. The seat made of stainless steel (Nirositz) ensures tightness even after many opening‑closing cycles — the whole valve does not need to be replaced when the seal wears; only the seat can be serviced with key 4807.00.911. Manual venting is also possible via the lever — useful during first start‑up or performance checks.
Compliant with standards and ready for installation in domestic systems
Compliant with DIN 1988-200, DIN 4753-1 and TRD 721 — standards applicable to water‑heater supply systems. It can be installed only in the vertical position, with inlet from the bottom — so the diaphragm works correctly and there is no risk of sediment blockage. It operates safely at temperatures up to 110 °C, covering both standard boilers and high‑temperature supply systems. It is not suitable for adhesive liquids or aggressive chemicals — only for water, air or glycol mixtures (up to 50 % concentration).
Dimensions: 98 mm height, 63 mm depth — compatible with typical installation spaces near heaters. The opening pressure is clearly marked on the black seal on the lever — no need to guess whether the valve is set to 6 bar.
