The water level protection 0932.50.150 is an advanced float device with a switch-type electrical output, developed by the SYR brand specifically for central heating installations. The main task of this device is to continuously monitor the water level in the boiler and react immediately to its shortage, which prevents costly damage to the heating system.

Construction and operating parameters

The device is designed for direct installation in the boiler by screwing it into a special nozzle, ensuring stable and reliable mounting. Execution with a lock is a key safety feature - after activation, the device requires conscious unlocking by the person responsible for the installation using a button located under a rubber cover.

Operating parameters are adapted to demanding boiler room conditions: maximum working pressure 10 bar, operating temperature up to 120°C, and ambient temperature up to 70°C. The electrical part of the device is characterized by a load capacity of 10 (4) A at 250 V, a single-pole switch, and solid power supply via a cable with a length of 2.5 meters. The electrical box tightness class IP65 guarantees full protection against dust and water jets.

Application and operational benefits

The water level protection finds wide application in both small and large heating installations. For safety reasons, its use is mandatory in installations with a capacity above 100 kW and in all rooftop boiler rooms. In smaller boiler rooms, installation is recommended as an additional layer of protection.
