Water level protection with short design and lock

The device is used for monitoring water level in heating installations, especially in boilers above 100 kW or in rooftop boiler rooms — where lack of water can cause damage or dangerous situations. It is a float‑type electrical protection with a switching output that opens the circuit when the fluid level drops.

Version 932.5/w.short (0932.50.152) is a compact variant with a lock — after actuation it does not automatically return to operation. To restore operation, it must be manually unlocked by the person responsible for the installation, using the button under a rubber cover. This prevents accidental re‑starting of the system before the cause of water loss is removed.

The body is made of hot‑dip galvanized cast iron — corrosion‑resistant and suitable for the installation environment. Connections are prepared for welding, ensuring sealability and durability of the mounting. The glass float allows visual inspection of the state without opening the housing.

The short‑height version (150 mm) is ideal where mounting space is limited — e.g., in cramped boiler rooms or when mounting on equipment with a small distance between connections.

Installation is performed by screwing into a special nozzle in the boiler, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. No additional mounting elements are required — a suitable G 2" thread is sufficient.

The protection requires no calibration or periodic service — it operates mechanically and electrically, without the need for external power.
