The NovaMix Value 70 FS thermostatic mixing valve is a reliable solution for maintaining a constant water temperature in domestic hot water, heating, and solar installations. Its construction with a built-in check valve eliminates the need for additional seals, simplifying installation and ensuring tightness. Designed for use with water, heating water, and water-glycol mixtures, it performs well in various applications – from domestic installations to industrial facilities.

Comfort and safety

NovaMix Value 70 FS provides comfort and safety through precise temperature regulation in the range of 35-70°C, with the possibility of a short-term increase to 75°C for Legionella bacteria flushing. The automatic mixing function eliminates the risk of scalding, and high regulation accuracy guarantees a stable water temperature at the point of use. The ability to lock the set temperature protects against accidental changes in settings.

Construction and application

The valve with a nominal diameter of DN25 (5/4 inch) with an external thread Rv 1 1/4 inch is made of dezincification-resistant brass, which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. High KVS coefficients allow for efficient medium flow. The valve is used in:

• Underfloor heating installations – stabilizes the temperature of the medium circulating in the circuit.
• Loading a solid fuel boiler tank – prevents overheating of domestic hot water.
