Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation is key to better electrical parameters, lower weight and dimensions of the cable compared to traditional solutions with polyvinyl insulation. Twisted insulated cores form the center, and the whole is surrounded by a durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket in black – it is also possible to order the cable in a different color.
