The YKXS 1x16 power cable, with a conductor cross-section of 16 mm², is a solid solution for transmitting electrical energy in demanding conditions. Designed for both indoor and outdoor installations, in cable ducts or directly in the ground, it is suitable for industrial plants, power plants and local power networks. The YKXS cable is characterized by conductors made of soft copper wires, available in various classes (RE, RM, SM) according to PN-EN 60228. The conductor insulation is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which provides better electrical parameters and smaller dimensions compared to traditional cables with polyvinyl insulation. The twisted conductors are additionally protected with a polyvinyl oponous (PVC) coating in black color. This construction provides resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors.
