This YnKXS 0.6/1 kV power cable with a single 150 mm² core is a robust solution for transmitting electrical energy in various conditions. It is suitable for both industrial installations, power plants, and local power supply networks. Its construction and materials guarantee reliability and durability, and the use of modern technologies ensures safe operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for permanent laying – both indoors and outdoors. It can be used in cable ducts and directly in the ground. The use of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) as a core insulation translates into better electrical parameters, lower weight and dimensions of the cable compared to traditional solutions with polyvinyl insulation. The outer sheath made of rubber-based polyvinyl chloride (PVC) provides resistance to mechanical damage and self-extinguishing properties, meeting the PN-EN 60332-3 standard in terms of flame retardancy.

The cable cores are made of soft copper wires, available in different classes (RE, RM, SM) according to PN-EN 60228. The colors of the core insulation comply with PN-HD 308, which facilitates identification. Twisted cable cores provide additional protection against mechanical damage.
