Construction and application

YnKXSżo cables are characterized by an advanced construction using flexible copper wires and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. This combination guarantees better electrical parameters, lower weight and dimensions compared to traditional cables with polyvinyl insulation. The outer sheath made of PVC compound provides resistance to mechanical damage and self-extinguishing properties, meeting the PN-EN 60332-3 standard regarding flame retardancy.

This 3-core cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² is perfect for anywhere requiring high reliability and durability. It finds application in industrial plants, power plants and local power supply networks. Additionally, special versions of the cables are available:

• YKXSżo-O: designed for operation in places exposed to contact with petroleum-based materials (e.g. petrol stations). They are distinguished by an oil-resistant coating.
• XnKXSżo: halogen-free cables, providing greater fire safety due to limited emission of smoke and corrosive gases during combustion.
• XnKXS: cables armored with steel wires or steel tape – ideal for places exposed to mechanical damage.
