Tehalit end cap. LFF is an element of cable routing systems, designed for aesthetic and safe termination of cable ducts and channels. Made of high-quality plastic, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Its universal white color (RAL 9016) allows it to blend harmoniously into various interiors – from offices and public spaces to home installations.

Construction and application

The end cap is designed for ducts with dimensions of 40x60 mm and a length of 110 mm. Thanks to its precise fit, it provides a tight seal for the channel, protecting the cables from dust and moisture. Installation is done by snapping – which facilitates access to the cables if servicing or modification of the installation is required. This is particularly important for installers who value speed and convenience.

Safety and compliance with standards

The plastic used is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. The end cap has an impact resistance of IK07, which guarantees resistance to mechanical damage. Although it does not have a certificate for E30/E90 fire resistance systems or antibacterial properties, it meets the basic requirements for electrical installation safety. The operating temperature range from 0 to 60°C allows it to be used in typical operating conditions.
