This dual-function emergency luminaire TM.ONTEC S M2 302 M AT is a robust solution for emergency lighting, designed for use in both industrial and office spaces. Its design combines the functions of emergency lighting and escape route marking, ensuring visibility even in the event of a power failure. Thanks to its high IP65 degree of protection and IK08 impact resistance, the luminaire is resistant to harsh environmental conditions and mechanical damage.

Design and application

The luminaire is made of durable plastic, guaranteeing its durability and corrosion resistance. Its white housing (RAL 9003) will harmoniously blend into any interior. The possibility of surface mounting or recessed mounting provides great freedom of arrangement. Adapted for use with stickers or flags, it allows for precise designation of the evacuation route. The built-in 2W LED light source provides an optimal luminous flux of 241 lm, and thanks to the color temperature in the range of 5500-6000K – good visibility. The pictogram readability distance is as much as 25 meters.

Functionality and technical parameters

The luminaire operates in network-emergency mode (M), which means it continuously charges the NiCd battery, ready to operate in the event of a power failure. It has an automatic test function (AT), which regularly checks the system's efficiency and signals any problems. The battery operating time is at least 3 hours, providing sufficient time for safe evacuation. Protection class II guarantees additional safety of use. The use of a NiCd battery ensures reliable operation for a long time. The weight of the luminaire is approximately 1 kg, and its dimensions are 275 mm long, 148 mm wide and 43 mm high – compact dimensions make it easy to install even in limited spaces.
