Universal cable ties SCK – reliable wire fastening

SCK cable ties are a versatile solution for binding and securing wires, cables and other elements in electrical, electronic and mechanical installations. Made of durable polyamide 6.6, they provide a solid and durable connection, resistant to mechanical damage and environmental factors. The yellow color facilitates identification and segregation in the installation.

Construction and properties

These ties are characterized by internal serration, which ensures a firm grip and prevents cables from slipping. Made of polyamide (PA) with a thickness of 1.1 mm, they guarantee high tensile strength – minimum 80 N – which translates to safety and reliability of connections. The tape width of 2.5 mm allows for securing bundles with a diameter of 2 to 24 mm. The length of 100 mm is optimal for most applications.

The material used is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire, minimizing the emission of toxic substances. The tie has a UL certificate confirming compliance with safety standards and a flammability class of UL94 V2. They can be used in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +85°C – both during operation and installation (from -10°C). Please note the dimensional tolerance of ±5%.
