Design and properties

The SCK-140MCB tie is characterized by internal serration, which ensures a firm and stable clamping on the cable bundle. Tensile strength at 150 N guarantees solid cable retention even under load. The thickness of 1.1 mm and the width of 3.5 mm provide adequate clamping force without the risk of damaging the cable insulation. The polyamide (PA) used is resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage, and also provides good electrical insulation. The UL94 V2 flammability class confirms the safety of use in the event of a fire – the material self-extinguishes, limiting the spread of fire. Additionally, the tie is halogen-free, which is important from the point of view of environmental protection and health safety.
