Properties and application

The tubing with an inner diameter of 4.8 mm before shrinking and 2.4 mm after shrinking, with a shrinkage ratio of 2:1, perfectly adapts to the shape of the protected elements. The possibility of printing allows for easy identification of wires and cable harnesses. It finds wide application in electronics, telecommunications and the automotive industry – both for insulation, mechanical protection, and for creating wire harnesses. Thanks to the possibility of cutting to any length, waste is minimized and material consumption is optimized.

Safety and compliance with standards

Made of halogen-free material, the tubing is safe for the environment and meets the requirements for fire protection. It has a UL certificate confirming its high quality and compliance with international safety standards. The self-extinguishing characteristic further increases the safety of use. Designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. Wall thickness after shrinking is 0.51 mm, providing solid protection. Suitable for nominal cross-sections from 1 to 4 mm².
