Professional branch terminal block for distribution boards

The HLAK main conductor terminal is a professional distribution component designed for installation in distribution and control cabinets. The product enables the safe creation of series circuits on TS/TH35 rails in both vertical and horizontal orientations.

Construction and materials

The housing is made of polyamide, providing high mechanical and chemical resistance as well as excellent insulating properties. The core of the terminal consists of a brass screw element, guaranteeing a durable and secure electrical connection. The Type C design protects against accidental finger contact with all current-carrying parts – a key safety aspect in electrical installations.

The housing is light grey (RAL 7035) in color, while the cover is available in black, allowing for easy integration into the installation aesthetics. Compact dimensions (37×55×23.2 mm) allow for space savings in the distribution board.

Operating parameters and compatibility

The device operates at a rated current of 130 A and a voltage of AC 400V, meeting the requirements of the DIN-VDE 0603-2 standard. It carries the VDE safety mark, confirming the highest standards of quality and safety.

The terminal supports two inputs with cross-sections from 10 to 35 mm² and two outputs with cross-sections from 1.5 to 25 mm². It is compatible with:

• fine-stranded flexible conductors,
• single-core conductors,
• multi-core conductors,
• flexible conductors (with ferrules).
