The HLAK-35-1/2BR main conductor terminal is a high-quality electrical installation component designed for creating series circuits in distribution and control cabinets. The product enables the safe branching of main conductors with a cross-section of up to 35 mm² into two auxiliary circuits with a cross-section of up to 25 mm² each.

The device is mounted on a standard TH35/TS35 DIN rail in both vertical and horizontal configurations, ensuring mounting versatility in various types of distribution boards. The color-coded terminals allow for easy identification of phase, neutral, and protective connections during installation and maintenance.

Durable construction from high-quality materials

The terminal body is made of tin-plated brass, which provides excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The fastening elements consist of galvanized steel screws, guaranteeing a durable mechanical and electrical connection.

The insulating housing is made of impact-resistant, flame-retardant, and halogen-free nylon, enhancing operational safety. All materials used in production comply with RoHS directive requirements.

Operating parameters and safety systems

The terminal operates at a rated current of 125A and a voltage of 400V AC, making it suitable for most building and industrial installations. The IP20 protection rating ensures safe operation in indoor conditions.

The insulating touch protection cover protects the user from accidental contact with conductive elements during installation and operation. The terminal accommodates single-core and fine-stranded flexible wires with an input cross-section of 10-35 mm² and an output cross-section of 1.5-25 mm².

Compliance with international standards

The product meets the requirements of the DIN-VDE 0603-2:1998-03 standard for main branches of power supply lines in customer distribution boards at 400V AC. Compliance is confirmed by the VDE safety certificate.

The device has been tested at a test current of 125A according to VDE 0613/EN 60998 standards and has an insulation voltage of 1000V AC/DC for overvoltage category III with pollution degree 2, typical for distribution cabinets.

Various housing color variants are available: brown (standard), light grey RAL 7035, green-yellow RAL 6018, and light blue RAL 5012, allowing for adaptation to the aesthetics of the electrical installation.
