The HLAK main conductor terminal is a reliable solution for professional electrical installations, designed specifically for installation switchboards and measuring points in accordance with the VDE standard. The device enables safe and efficient branching of main conductors in single-phase installations.

High-quality construction and materials

The terminal body is made of a metal alloy that ensures excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Mounting elements are made of galvanized steel, guaranteeing durable mechanical connections. The insulating housing is made of high-quality, impact-resistant, and flame-retardant material.

The device is mounted on a standard DIN rail according to European standards, allowing for modular expansion with other elements of the HLAK family. The design provides IP20 protection - safe against accidental finger contact.

Electrical parameters and connection possibilities

The terminal supports conductors with an input cross-section of 4-70 mm² and an output cross-section of 4-50 mm², allowing for flexible installation configurations. The rated current is 250A, and the maximum operating voltage is AC/DC for overvoltage category III.

Connections are made via screws using threaded pins - two for each connection. The stripping length is 20mm, and the recommended tightening torque is 4Nm. The terminal is compatible with single-core, multi-core, and fine-stranded copper conductors (with ferrules), while aluminum requires the use of single-core conductors only.

Safety and certification

The product meets the requirements of the VDE and EN standards for auxiliary low-voltage devices. It holds a VDE safety certificate confirming the highest standards of quality and safety.

Type C design guarantees full protection against accidental finger contact from all sides of the housing, providing a maximum level of safety during installation and operation.

Available in blue (RAL 5012) as part of a series that also includes grey and yellow-green versions for easy circuit identification in switchboards.
