The HLAK-35-1/6SZ main conductor terminal is a professional solution for splitting electrical circuits in switchgear and distribution boards. The device has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the VDE 0603-2 standard for main line branches in AC 400V installations, ensuring safe and reliable connections in power distribution systems.

The terminal body is made of tin-plated brass, which guarantees excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The fastening elements are made of galvanized steel, and the insulating housing is made of impact-resistant nylon, which is flame-retardant and halogen-free—this material complies with RoHS directive requirements.

Electrical parameters and connection capabilities

The device supports 2×35 mm² inputs and provides 6 outputs of 25 mm² each, enabling the efficient splitting of one main line into six auxiliary circuits. The maximum rated current is 130A, and the insulation test voltage reaches 1000V AC/DC.

Connections are made using terminal-type screws—each fastening point is equipped with two Pozidriv Z2 combination slot screws. The tightening torque for the input is 3.5 Nm, while for the outputs, it is 2.5 Nm. The standard wire stripping length is 25 mm.

Operational safety and certification

The terminal has an IP20 protection rating—it is touch-proof and protected against finger access to hazardous parts. The Type C design provides full insulating coverage to prevent accidental contact with all conductive elements.

The product complies with the requirements of the IEC 60998-1:2002 standard for low-voltage electrical connections and carries the VDE safety mark. All materials and manufacturing processes are compliant with RoHS regulations.

The device is mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail according to EN 50022/EN 60715, and its compact dimensions (33×37.3×53 mm) allow for installation even in tight switchgear enclosures.
