PG-7 threaded hole plug ZPG-7
Universal threaded hole plugs PG-7
These practical plugs are used to secure threaded holes PG-7 in enclosures, electrical junction boxes and other elements of electrical infrastructure. They are suitable both during installation and in situations requiring temporary or permanent closure of unused holes. Made of durable polyamide 66, resistant to mechanical damage and external factors.
These plugs are particularly useful in distribution boards, control cabinets and anywhere where aesthetic and functional protection of holes is required. Their installation is simple - just tighten with a flathead screwdriver. They provide a quick and convenient solution to the problem of unsecured holes, protecting against dust, moisture and other contaminants.
Material and properties
Made of polyamide 66, these plugs are characterized by high temperature resistance (from -40°C to +85°C) and flammability compliant with UL 94V-2 standard. Polyamide 66 is a material commonly used in the electrical industry due to its insulating properties and mechanical strength. Light gray color facilitates integration with most enclosures and installations. A wide range of operating temperatures makes them suitable for use both indoors and outdoors (in properly protected installations).
The use of polyamide 66 also guarantees good chemical resistance to oils, greases and many solvents. This is important in industrial environments where the risk of contact with these substances is higher. Sheet thickness from 0.8 to 3.2 mm ensures stability and durability of the structure.
Installation and application
The installation of the plugs is extremely simple and does not require specialized tools - just a flathead screwdriver. This allows both installers and end users to quickly and easily secure holes in enclosures. These plugs are used in:
- Electrical engineering - securing unused holes in distribution boards, control cabinets
- Industrial automation - securing holes in machine and device enclosures
- Construction - securing holes in electrical junction boxes
- Lighting installations - securing holes in lighting fixtures
- All types of enclosures and structures requiring protection against dust, moisture and other contaminants.
