This kit is dedicated to connecting monoblock heat pumps, providing reliable and efficient heat distribution in the heating system. The Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin HP kit is a comprehensive solution that combines thermal insulation, corrosion protection and ease of installation. It is ideal for both new installations and modernization of existing systems.

The kit consists of a pre-insulated Ecoflex Thermo Twin HP pipe with a length of 12 meters, designed specifically for use with heat pumps. This pipe is characterized by high resistance to weather conditions and mechanical damage. The kit also includes two rubber ends, four Wipex fittings and a 30-meter warning tape, allowing for a comprehensive and safe connection.

Construction and application

The Ecoflex Thermo Twin HP pipe consists of two PE-Xa carrier pipes with diameters of 40x3.7 mm and 32x3.5 mm, placed inside a layer of closed-cell PE-X foam insulation. The whole is surrounded by a corrugated polyethylene (HDPE) jacket, which provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to UV radiation. Two channels in the pipe allow for the simultaneous routing of heating and electrical cables, which greatly simplifies installation and reduces installation costs.

This kit is primarily used in heating and cooling systems using monoblock heat pumps. It can also be used to connect outdoor saunas, garden houses or winter gardens.
