Construction and properties

The Ecoflex Quattro pipe is characterized by a multi-layered construction, providing excellent thermal insulation and protection against external factors. The inner pipes are made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa), guaranteeing high resistance to pressure and temperature. It is surrounded by a layer of PE-X foam, which minimizes heat loss, and the whole is protected by a corrugated outer jacket made of polyethylene (HDPE). The corrugated surface provides flexibility and facilitates laying the pipe, even in difficult terrain conditions. A thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.04 W/(m.K) translates to low energy losses during medium transport.
