ECOFLEX Varia Single 40x3.7/140 single pre-insulated pipe is a component dedicated to building efficient and durable central heating and cooling installations. It is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates installation, especially in difficult conditions. The pipe construction, based on a combination of an inner PE-Xa pipe, PE-X insulating foam, and a corrugated HDPE jacket, provides not only effective protection against heat loss but also resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion.

Construction and properties

The pipe is designed with reliability and longevity in mind. The closed-cell PE-X foam used guarantees minimal thermal conductivity – the coefficient is 0.04 W/(m.K) – which translates to reduced energy losses in the system. The inner pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) is resistant to high temperatures (up to 80°C continuous operation and 90°C short-term) and operating pressure up to 6 bar. The corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE provides additional mechanical protection and facilitates pipe identification. The minimum bending radius is 350 mm, allowing it to be adapted to complex installation layouts.

It is an ideal solution for both new installations and the modernization of existing systems. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 15632, which confirms its high quality and safety of use.
