Pipe tacker clip for pipes 14–20 mm, h=50 mm, 250 pcs Uponor 1140124
For Uponor Tacker System – Clip for Heating Pipes
The clip is designed exclusively for use with the Uponor Tacker tool – it does not function with any other fastening systems. Its purpose is simple yet critical: it holds heating pipes with diameters of 14–20 mm securely on an EPS insulation layer, preventing movement during concrete pouring or floor installation.
All clips in the set (250 pcs) are made of plastic, providing resistance to impact and tension during installation. They are not intended for mounting on wood or concrete – they work only on laminated foil over EPS, in accordance with EN 13163 and DIN 4108-10 standards. The foil features a clear 100x100 mm grid pattern, facilitating precise pipe positioning.
How It Works in Practice?
When the installer uses the Tacker tool, the clip is driven through both the foil and the pipe simultaneously – holding the pipe firmly in place without any need for additional clamping or adhesive. The clip’s height (50 mm) ensures stable pipe positioning above the insulation surface, even with thick screed layers. External dimensions of the set: 156 x 173 x 115 mm – compact yet large enough to fit the entire quantity in one package.
No special equipment beyond the Tacker is required. No screwing, no gluing – simply insert and forget. This is precisely why it’s popular among teams installing underfloor heating: it saves time and eliminates human errors.
Compliance and Safety
The material meets fire performance class E per EN 13501-1 and class B2 (standard flammability) per DIN 4102 – meaning it does not contribute to flame spread, yet is not inherently fire-resistant. This is not a fire-retardant structural component – it is an installation component designed to function within the insulation system.
The set contains exactly the number of clips needed for a typical single-family home. No need to count individually – just open the box and keep working.
