Elbow with internal thread for Uponor Q&E systems

This is an elbow with an internal thread, designed for connecting PEX pipes in Uponor Q&E systems. It allows for creating a 90-degree connection, which is useful in many heating and water installations. Made of high-quality brass, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The internal thread size of 3/4 inch (Rp3/4") allows for easy connection with other installation elements with external threads.

Solid construction and materials

The elbow is made of brass resistant to zinc leaching, which guarantees long-term reliability. Brass is a material valued for its strength and resistance to water and chemicals present in installations. Both the clamping ring connection and the internal thread are made of brass, ensuring material compatibility and minimizing the risk of galvanic corrosion. The fitting meets the PN-EN 10226-1 standard for external threads.

Installation and compatibility

The elbow is intended for use with Uponor PEX pipes with an outer diameter of 25 mm. Please note that the Uponor Q&E clamping ring is not included in the set and must be ordered separately – this is a key element ensuring the connection is tight. The maximum working pressure of this fitting is 10 bar at 20°C, making it suitable for most standard water and heating installations. The fitting has a clamping ring connection and a BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) cylindrical gas thread.
