Uponor Radi Pipe PN6 pipe with a diameter of 16x2.0 mm, supplied in a full coil of 120 meters, is a reliable solution for central heating and domestic hot/cold water installations. Made of high-quality PE-Xa plastic, it is characterized by flexibility and resistance to high temperatures and pressure. The multilayer construction with an EVOH anti-diffusion layer minimizes heat loss and prevents oxygen from entering the installation, which translates to a longer lifespan of the entire system.

Construction and properties

The Radi Pipe pipe is distinguished by an advanced construction consisting of four layers. The inner and outer layers are made of PE-Xa, providing flexibility and chemical resistance. The middle layer of EVOH acts as an anti-diffusion barrier, limiting oxygen penetration and, consequently, corrosion of installation elements. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the pipe is 0.14 mm/(m.K), which allows for compensation of temperature changes without the risk of damage. Wall thickness of 2 mm ensures mechanical strength and resistance to working pressure up to 6 bar. The minimum bending radius of the pipe is 80 mm, which facilitates installation in tight spaces.
