The Uponor Uni Pipe Plus multilayer pipe is a proven choice for both professional installers and end customers. Construction and properties

The pipe is constructed of five layers: inner and outer layers of PE-RT II, a middle layer of aluminum, and two layers of insulation. The aluminum layer acts as an anti-diffusion barrier, preventing oxygen from penetrating the installation, which is particularly important in heating systems. The insulation with a thickness of 6 mm (thermal conductivity coefficient λ=0.04 W/(m.K)) significantly reduces energy losses, which translates into lower operating costs. The flexibility of the pipe (minimum bending radius 100 mm) makes it easier to run the installation in difficult conditions, and the lack of the need to use additional bending elements speeds up installation work.
