Brass threaded coupling Wipex 75x10.3-GZ2" male thread, PN10 SDR7.4, for Ecoflex pre-insulated systems 1018342
Brass fitting for pre-insulated systems – reliability and easy installation
This Wipex screw-on brass fitting, with a diameter of 75x10.3 mm and a G2" external thread, is a key element for connecting pipes in Ecoflex pre-insulated systems. Made of corrosion-resistant and dezincification-resistant brass, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the installation. It is intended for hot and cold water networks and low-parameter heating networks.
This fitting is characterized by high pressure resistance – up to 10 bar – and compliance with SDR7.4 standard. Its construction based on an O-ring seal guarantees tightness and ease of installation, minimizing the risk of errors during installation. Dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) is a material that provides resistance to the action of aggressive chemical substances present in water, which translates into a longer service life of the connection.
Construction features and application
The Wipex fitting is compatible with popular piping systems such as Thermo, Varia, Aqua, Quattro, Supra, Supra PLUS and Supra Standard. Its versatility makes it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end customers. The 2 inch (50 mm) tapered external gas thread (BSPP) allows for easy connection with other installation elements. The maximum operating temperature of the fitting is 95°C, which allows it to be used in various operating conditions.
The screw set included with the fitting contains a hexagonal socket head cap screw made of stainless steel and a nut and washer made of brass – which further increases the durability and corrosion resistance of the entire connection. The pre-opened shape facilitates the installation of pipes with larger diameters (63-110 mm). This makes the installation process faster and more efficient.
