Brass double-sided connector for pre-insulated systems

This Wipex double-sided brass connector, with a diameter of 75x6.8-75x6.8 and PN6 SDR11 designation, is a reliable solution for connecting pipes in Ecoflex pre-insulated systems. Made of corrosion-resistant and dezincification-resistant brass (DZR), it ensures long-lasting and safe operation. It is intended for hot and cold water networks and low-parameter heating systems.

Design and application

The Wipex connector is characterized by a simple design, which facilitates its installation. The O-ring seal between the body and the modules guarantees a tight connection, eliminating the risk of leaks. The connector is compatible with various piping systems, such as Thermo, Varia, Aqua, Quattro, Supra, Supra PLUS and Supra Standard. It can be used for screwed connections of PE and PE-Xa pipes with a cylindrical external thread. The maximum operating temperature of the connector is 95°C, and the maximum working pressure at 20°C is 6 bar.
