Antibacterial foam cartridge 10" 1 micron PS1-PROTECT
Foam filter – effective protection of the installation and clean water
This 10-inch foam cartridge is a reliable pre-filtration element that effectively removes mechanical impurities from the water. It stops rust, sand, silt and other suspensions with a size of only 1 micron, protecting the water installation, household appliances and ensuring better water quality in your home. This extends the life of the entire installation and improves comfort.
Construction and operation – efficiency at every level
The cartridge is characterized by a gradient construction – the density of polypropylene fibers increases towards the inside of the cartridge. This solution allows for the gradual capture of impurities of different sizes, increasing filtration efficiency and extending the life of the cartridge. Contaminated water flows through the cartridge, and sediments are trapped in micropores with decreasing diameter. Large particles settle on the surface, and smaller ones – in deeper layers. In addition, MORE technology increases the effective filtration area, which translates into longer cartridge life.
Safety and hygiene – antibacterial protection
The cartridge has antibacterial properties, preventing the growth of bacteria such as E. coli and staphylococci. The biocidal substance contained in the cartridge acts selectively on the bacterial cell wall, eliminating them or preventing their development without a negative impact on human health. Importantly, the product does not contain nanomaterials or chemicals that may cause allergic reactions. This guarantees safe and hygienic drinking water.
Product information: size 10 inches, micron rating 1 µm, flow rate up to 25 l/min, lifespan up to 9 months, operating temperature 2-40°C.
Remember to replace the cartridge regularly – the recommended frequency is a maximum of every 9 months or earlier if you notice a decrease in filtration efficiency. The wear indicator (in some models) informs about the need to replace the filter.
