The V-TAC VT-51201-B energy storage is a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery with a capacity of 5.12 kWh, designed to work with photovoltaic inverters. Construction and scalability

The battery is designed for installation flexibility. It can be wall-mounted, stacked on the floor, or placed in a rack cabinet with a depth of at least 600 mm. Thanks to the possibility of parallel connection of up to 64 batteries (up to 32 units without the need for an additional CAN-Box), the power of the installation can be scaled to an impressive 327 kWh. This makes it a suitable solution for both small and large photovoltaic systems. The kit includes all necessary cabling and an intelligent BMS (Battery Management System) that ensures optimal battery operation and safety.

Safety and compliance with standards

Safety is a priority. The V-TAC battery has UN38.3, MSDS, IEC 61000, IEC 62619 and CEI 0-21 certificates, confirming its compliance with applicable safety standards. Additionally, it is compatible with DEYE inverters and other low-voltage devices, making it easier to integrate with existing installations. The built-in MCB Tenegen circuit breaker provides additional protection against overloads and short circuits. The battery is characterized by a long service life – it withstands at least 6000 charge/discharge cycles while maintaining 90% DOD (Depth of Discharge) at a temperature of 25°C ± 2°C.
