The OMAX brass ball valve features maximum pressure parameters up to 3.0 MPa and an operating temperature reaching 150°C. Thanks to these values, it performs excellently in both cold and hot domestic water installations as well as in central heating systems.

Construction and Materials Ensuring Durability

The valve body is made of high-quality brass CW617N, guaranteeing exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. Internal components - the ball and stem - are also made of brass and appropriately finished: the ball is chrome-plated for maximum surface smoothness, and the nut is nickel-plated for additional corrosion protection.

Sealing is achieved through high-quality PTFE (Teflon) seals, ensuring perfect tightness throughout the entire service life. The steel lever coated with plastic features an ergonomic, patented shape that facilitates operation and provides a secure grip even under difficult installation conditions.

Application Versatility and Media Compatibility

The valve is adapted for use with various media - from pure water to aqueous glycol solutions with a concentration up to 50%. This versatility makes it an ideal solution for both standard water installations and heating systems requiring glycol addition as an antifreeze agent.

The full-bore design with a flow diameter DW = 15 mm minimizes medium flow resistance, translating into the energy efficiency of the entire system. The G1/2" thread enables easy installation in most standard installations.

Safety of Use and Certificates

The product holds certification for contact with drinking water and a CE certificate confirming compliance with European safety standards. Special attention was paid to health aspects - the NICKEL-FREE system eliminates the risk of allergic reactions in users.

Construction dimensions (length L = 57.5 mm, height H = 45 mm) were selected to ensure optimal functionality while maintaining compact sizes that facilitate installation even in limited spaces.

The ergonomic lever with a spacing A = 90 mm ensures easy operation even under high torque requirements needed for tight closure of the valve under full working pressure.
