Design and materials

The body made of CW617N brass ensures exceptional mechanical strength and resistance to damage. The use of a NICKEL-FREE system eliminates the risk of allergic reactions.

A unique design solution is the seal locking mechanism, which further increases reliability and tightness of the closure. The ergonomic, patented butterfly handle shape facilitates operation.

Operating parameters and compatibility

The valve operates at a nominal pressure PN30 (3,0 MPa/30 bar) and temperatures from -30°C to +150°C. The full-bore design minimizes medium flow resistance, and a driving torque ≤6 Nm ensures easy maneuvering of the valve.

Compatibility includes water and water-glycol mixtures up to 50% concentration, which expands the application possibilities in heating installations.

Safety and certificates

The valve has a PZH hygienic certificate, which confirms the possibility of safe use in installations in contact with water intended for human consumption.

Operational advantages

The warranty period is 25 years. The overall dimensions (4,7×3,0×6,9 cm) and a mass of 180g make the valve easy to install even in limited installation spaces.
