Manifold set for central heating – a compact solution

This PROFF K2 MINI manifold set is a ready-to-use element for central heating installations, designed for efficient heat distribution in radiator and underfloor heating systems. Its compact design makes it ideal for limited spaces, and its solid construction guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Construction and application

The set consists of a brass manifold bar with two G1” threads, which simplifies connection to the existing installation. The set also includes:

• Mounting brackets – ensure stable and secure mounting of the manifold.
• Manifold plugs G1” – used to seal unused outlets.
• MINI ball valves with PEX/AL G1/2” connector – allow precise control of the heating medium flow in each circuit.
• Automatic air vents G1/2” (2 pcs) – effectively remove air from the installation, improving its efficiency.
• Drain ball valves G1/2” (2 pcs) – allow easy draining of circuits for servicing or maintenance.

The construction of brass and zinc provides corrosion resistance and longevity of the components. The manifold is designed for use with cold water, hot water and medium in central heating installations.

The PROFF K2 MINI manifold set is characterized by high pressure resistance (maximum 1.0 MPa) and temperature (maximum 95°C). Thanks to this, it can be used in most standard heating installations.
