Ball valve with throttle – reliability and precision in every detail
The ball valve with a throttle, equipped with an aluminum butterfly handle, is an element of the installation that combines solid workmanship with functionality. Made of brass of the CuZn40Pb2 (CW617N) grade, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation in various conditions. Its construction, based on internal cylindrical gas threads BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) and external cylindrical gas threads BSPP, guarantees easy installation and precise connection with the remaining installation elements.
Construction and application
This valve, with a nominal diameter of 1 inch (DN25), is designed to control the flow of liquids or gases in water, heating and industrial installations. The pressure class PN 40 indicates its ability to operate in systems with increased pressure – up to 40 bar. The brass ball of the valve, combined with a self-sealing stem, ensures high tightness and smooth operation. Additionally, the body has a lock to prevent the seals from shifting on the ball, which translates into stability and durability.
The valve is ideal wherever precise flow control and high corrosion resistance are needed. It works well in both domestic and industrial installations. Thanks to the possibility of regulating the flow using a throttle with an aluminum butterfly handle, it allows for optimization of the system operation and energy savings. Each valve undergoes a leak test with compressed air – this is a guarantee of quality and reliability.
- Durability: The brass body and ball provide corrosion resistance and long life.
- Tightness: The self-sealing stem and precise construction guarantee a tight flow shut-off.
- Regulation: The throttle with an aluminum butterfly handle enables precise control of the medium flow.
- Strength: The PN 40 pressure class allows operation in systems with increased working pressure (up to 40 bar).
- Easy installation: BSPP threads facilitate quick and secure connection with the remaining installation elements.
- Quality control: Each valve is tested for tightness with compressed air – assurance of trouble-free operation.
- Wide temperature range: Resistant to high temperatures up to 140°C – versatility of application.
